As Heritage Chorale continued to celebrate its 40th anniversary, the fall concert featured the commissioned work “Norb: Life as an Art Form,” by Primetime Emmy Award and BMI Film and Television Award winner Alex Wurman. The piece explores the artistic journey of Norbert Teclaw, one of the founders of Heritage Chorale.  The program also included John Leavitt’s joyful Missa FestivaPaul Carey’s “The Whole World Is Glad of the Wind,” commissioned in 2014 and dedicated to our pianist, Tehra Hiolski; and works by Leonard Bernstein, Eleanor Daley, and Franz Schubert.
