Are you passionate about choral music? Whether you met us at Day in Our Village in Oak Park, one of our concerts, through our website, or through a friend —we invite you to audition. The Heritage Chorale, based in Oak Park, is a 60-member chorus and auditioning for our group opens doors to a rich musical journey for anyone aged from high school sophomores in fall 2026 to adults of all ages who are looking to sing with a diverse group of community members.

Rehearsals take place Mondays from 7:00-9:00 pm starting August 31, 2026. Our concerts will be held in Forest Park on November 14, and River Forest on November 15, 2026. Auditions will be held on the evenings of August 27 and 28, 2026.

Those auditioning do not have to prepare any music, and voice training is not required. The audition includes the director guiding you through various voice tests and a simple piece that will be provided.
